Description

Indenture between William de Maldon and John son of Osbern de Lacstrete of Assheldeham witnessing that after seisin had of the land, etc. in Assheldeham which William has recovered against John he is to enfeoff John thereof in fee simple without warranty, John rendering therefore yearly to him and his heirs 5s. 1 May, 31 Edward III.
