Description

Demise by John de Baginden to Walter de la Gore of 7a. arable in Welynton, viz. 1a. extending to 'Aylwardeslond,' etc, 4a. between land of the lord of Welynton and the way called 'le Grenewey,' 1a. at 'le Waldhurne' and 1a. a headacre (terra captalis); to hold for life and twelve years beyond his life, from Michaelmas next, at the rent of a rose for twelve years and thereafter of 20l. yearly at the feast of St Denis. Witnesses:—John de Chaundos and others (named). Welynton, Thursday after the Purification, 29 Edward III.
