Description

Grant by Philip de Eggerton to Henry de Barton and Marjory his wife, and the heirs of Henry lawfully begotten, of a messuage with garden between the church of St Olave, etc., in the city of Chester, with remainder if Henry die without such issue to Ran[ulph] brother of the said Henry and to John de Forde successively in tail, with reversion in default to his own right heirs; rent 5s. Witnesses:—John de Ewlowe, mayor, and Hugh de Multon and John de Torpurley, sheriffs of Chester and others (named). Thursday after St Peter and St Paul, 11 Henry IV.
