Grant by Thomas son of Rothoric to Urian de Eggerton, Amelia his wife and his heirs, of all the land, etc, with the reversion of a messuage and ten sellions of land which William son of Heyna (Heyne) and Wladussa his wife hold for their lives, which he had on day of date in Neuton by Oldecastel, with 'husbold' and 'haybold,' 'tacfre' and 'stalagefre' and common of pasture in the wood of Oldecastel, in all places thereof for them and their tenants. Wit- nesses:—David de Eggerton, sheriff of Cestres[ire] and others (named). Wednesday after St Barnabas, 1333.
