Description

Grant by Ralph de Eggerton the elder, esquire, son of William de Eggerton, to William Woze (sic) dean of Stafford and rector of Mokeleston, Richard Keffes, rector of Bcrtomley, and Robert Davy, chaplain, of his manors of Wryme and Chetulton, and all his land, etc, in Newcastle under Lyme, Audeley, Bignowe and Betteley, or elsewhere in the county of Stafford; also of his manors of Smalwod, Newbolt, Caldecote and Wistaston and of all his part of the manor of Haselwall, with the advowson of the church of Haselwall, when it happen, co. Chester, with all his land, etc, in the county of Chester; also of all his land, etc, in Draiton in Hales, Hamptonwod, Moretonsay, Gravhongur and Oneley, or elsewhere in the county of Salop. Le Wryme, Tuesday before St Matthias, 30 Henry VI.
