Description

Grant by Roger son of Humphrey Moigne of Clee to Thomas Moigne of Clee his brother of a bovate of land, called 'Bateland,' in Clee with a ½a. land in the fields of Clee, lying on the east of the grange of the abbot of Wellowe; also grant to him of a manse and toft called 'Muncroft,' with his estate therein according to the tenor of a charter of the prioress and convent of Grimesby. Wednesday after the Nativity of the Virgin, 12 Richard II.
