Grant by Richard le Fleccher, rector of Haselwall, and John Thikkenes to John son of Philip de Eggerton of a fourth part of the manor of Hampton and a fourth part of all the land, etc. in the county of Chester which together with William le Baxter, rector of the mediety of the church of Malpas, Richard Massy del Hogh, Hugh de Malpas of Chekley, John de Kynaston and Philip Fylkyn, since deceased, they had by the gift of John son of David de Malpas. Saturday after St Ambrose, 15 Henry VI.
