Grant by John, younger son of Osbert Laxstrate of Asschildeham, to John Chapman of Southmenstr', of land called 'le Wyndhel' in Asschildeham which he had by inheritance after Osbert's death, and afterward by the feoffment of William de Maldone; Chapman shall pay 5s. yearly to the said William and his heirs. Sunday after the feast of St Peter the Apostle, 31 Edward III.
