Grant by Simon Swaby, chaplain and rector of the church of St Peter at Arches, Lincoln, to John Sysson, tanner (barkar') of Lincoln and Robert Penny, 'webster,' of the same, of a tenement in the parish of the Holy Cross in Wykford, Lincoln, which he had by the gift of Robert Porkar of Claypoll, chaplain. Witnesses:— John Rous, mayor of Lincoln, Edward Burton and John Tonard, sheriffs, and others (named). Saturday, the feast of St Gregory the Doctor, 17 Henry VI.
