Description

Deed poll by Isabel late the wife of Sir Geoffrey Wyth, whereby, reciting that John son of John de Leem, who claims to hold his lands etc. in Beston by Berton after his father's death in fee tail, had released to her his right in the advowson of the church of that town, and had warranted the same, she grants that the said clause of warranty shall not hold good against persons claiming by some other title, but only against him and his heirs. Friday after St Barnabas, 12 Edward III. Endorsed: [-] Beston Juxta Smalberghe.
