Grant by Hugh son of John de Crownage to William son of Ran[ulp]h le Lokere of Betiley of the moiety of a place (placee) of land in a spot (loco) called 'le Polesthed,' whereof William son of Gregory has the other moiety, next the lord's vivary, and so following the bounds of Balterleyg, etc.; rent 2d. to the chief lord of the fee for all service. Witnesses:—Richard Dun and Hugh son of Lonot', bailiffs and others (named). Thursday after St Agatha, 1313.
