Agreement between John de Stodhowe of Penreth, and Alan de Penruddok, son of John Henrison, that if the said Alan die without lawful issue, in John's lifetime, John may dispose of his purchased lands in Penrith at his pleasure, notwithstanding a charter made thereof to Alan in tail; so that John celebrate, according to the sum received, for the souls of Alan and of John Henrison. Saturday, the feast of St Luke, 6 Richard II.
