Grant by David de Malo Passu to Philip his son, for his homage and service, of three bovates of his demesne in Wiggelaunde, land and wood in Pilatenhalewh' and Wychalewh', and one-fourth of a free salt spring in Upper Wych; held of the house of St Wereburga, Chester; rendering therefore to him and his heirs at Midsummer gilt spurs or 6d., for all service. Witnesses:—Sir H. abbot of Chester Philip de Orreb', justice of Chester, Henry de Aldithel', and others (named). Seal.
