Indenture tripartite between Robert Brampton and Thomas Calcroft of the one part, William Butiller of Caleis of the second part, and John Wodehous of Caleis of the third part, whereby it is agreed that a bond, wherein the said William is bound to the said Robert and Thomas, shall remain in the hands of the said John to their use, as collateral security for payments due on the house where the said William dwells, in case of fire or other misadventure. 1 April, 1431. French. Two receipts endorsed.
