Grant by Nicholas Lathell, gentleman, and John Clerk, citizen and grocer of London, to John Catesby, knight, and Elizabeth his wife, of all their lands and tenements etc. in the parishes of Orpyngton and Farnburgh, which formerly were Richard Couper's, and in the parish of Orpyngton at Crofton, which Thomas Couper the younger lately acquired from William Gyrdeler of St. Mary's Cray; with letter of attorney authorising John Dey and John Norcotes to deliver seisin: Kent. Dated: 24 March, 23 Edward IV.
