Lancashire, and in the manors of Farneley and Hoton Longvilers, co. York, and Appelby, co. Lincoln, with all his estate in all other manors, lands, advowsons of churches, priories and chantries etc, in the said counties lately belonging to Robert Nevile of Horneby, knight; paying 280l. yearly to the grantor, during his life, in St. Paul's Cathedral, London, at the altar by the shrine of St. Erkenwald.
