Description

Grant by John Deye and John Forde, chaplains, and William Byerdene, to Michael Brook, of a remainder in tail in the manor of Mangerton and in lands, messuages, and rents, In Estmelplasshe and Mapoudre, and in a messuage, lands and rents, in Hullethroppe near Remmesbury, a remainder in fee in the said premises having benn granted to the present grantors by Thomas Brook, knight, and Joan his wife, to whom a contingent remainder in the premises having been granted by Robert Veel and Hugh Sanford, expectant on the death of John Remmesbury and Matilda his wife without issue between them, to whom the said Robert and Hugh had granted a remainder in the premises after the death of the then tenants; if the said Michael die without issue, the premises are to remain to the right heirs of the said Thomas or Joan, whichever of them shall outlive the other: Dorset. Wilts.
