Description

Sale by William Danvers, one of the king's justices 'of his Comen Place' at Westminster, to John Merston, citizen and fishmonger of London, for 80l. of his garden called 'Banasters Gardeyn' containing three acres, four cottages,a gate house and seventeen ponds, with walls, wharf etc, lying at the Stewes side in St. Margraet's parish, Suthwerk; except the cottage which John Freman holds: Surrey. Dated: 9 May, 14 Henry VII.
