Description

Certificate by William Fulford, archdeacon of Barnstaple and canon of Exter, that according to the letters of John, bishop of Exeter, (recited), he has inducted John Ilfrecomb, a monk of the priory of St. Mary Magdalene, Barnstaple, into possession of the said priory, vacant by the death of John Pylton, the late prior, on the presentation of the patron, the duchess of Exeter: [Devon.]

Dated: 10 April, A.D.1472.
