Grant by Maurice Payne, citizen of Worcester, to Walter Hunt of Wolferton within the manor of Wadbarewe, and Agnes his wife, of all the lands etc, in Stolton within the said manor which the grantor, with John Neweton, lately had of the gift of John Graunger, citizen of Worcester, and Margaret his wife, to whom they descended on the death of Thomas Hethe, John's father, having previously belonged to Robert Hethe and Matilda his wife, with further release of all the grantor's right in the premises: [Worc.] Dated: Wednesday the feast of St. Boniface the bishop, 32 Henry VI.
