Grant by John de Doveria, to John de Aylesham, the elder, citizen and mercer of London, of houses and buildings, which the former had from the executors of the will of Sir Thomas de Thorp, clerk, in the parish of Holy Trinity the Less, London, adjoining Knychtriderestrete; paying 5 marks yearly for the support of a chaplain to pray for the souls of Sirs Roger de Brabazon and Thomas de Thorp, etc., during the life of Alice de Lincoln. Witnesses:—John de Grantham, mayor of London, Henry de Gysorcio and Richard le Lacer, sheriffs, Richard de Betoygne, alderman of that ward, and others (named). 12 October, 3 Edward III.
