Indenture between Sir Richard Darell, knight, and Dame Elizabeth York, Thomas Wyndesore, esquire, William York, gentleman, John Mathewe, citizen and mercer of London, and Robert Ripon, executors of the will of William York, esquire, deceased, by which Sir Richard agrees with the said executors to make a good estate to them of the manor of Est Sutton, by the last day of June next, they paying to him, 336l. 13s. 4d. in St Paul's Cathedral, London; with defeasance of a bond by Sir Richard for performance of the above agreement. 26 April, 18 Edward IV.
