Description

Demise by Richard Sergeaux, knight, lord of Chepyngnorton, to Richard Mylleword and Katherine his wife, and Agnes their daughter, of a messuage in Chepyngnorton, with land adjoining in Chepyngnorton and Overnorton, except a park enclosed with walls, and of mills called 'Sederysmylle' and 'Newemylle,' with pasture in Depyngdene,& c.; also herbage for two horses in Clyve, Bosroppe, and 'Ellevene acris,' for their lives, paying 4l. yearly. The Conception, 11 Richard II. [Oxfordshire]
