Grant by Alice, late the wife of Roger de Forsham, citizen and mercer of London, widow, to John de Wesenham, citizen and merchant of the same, of a tenement which she acquired, jointly with her late husband, from Thomas de Enefeld, son of Sir John de Enefeld, knight, deceased, brother Edmund de Norwich, prior of the Carmelites, London, and from William de Lillyngston, vicar of the church of Westhamme, executors of the will of the said Sir John de Enefeld, in the street called 'Milkstrete,' in the parish of St Mary Magdalene, London; which tenement the said Sir John de Enefeld had of the gift of Margery de Basyngg, relict of Sir Robert de Basyngg, knight. John Lovekyn, mayor, Henry Picard and Simon Dolseby, sheriffs, of London, Richard de Basyngstoke, alderman of that ward, with witnesses (named). Thursday after St Simon and St Jude, 22 Edward III.
