Description

Defeasance of a feoffment by William Duraunt, of Dunstaple, to William de Wylshamsted, of the same, of a tenement in the south street of Dunstaple; witnessing that the said feoffment is to be void if Wylshamsted fails to pay the purchase money as mentioned herein. 4 June, 31 Edward III. [Bedfordshire]
