Indenture witnessing that John Dauwesone, of Solihull, has conveyed a rent charge of 12d. to William, son of Thomas atte Birches, of the same place, with a provision that if the said John release to the said William, and to the tenants of the same, land which the said William had by the feoffment of the said John at ' le Orchard,' at 4d. yearly rent, then the said conveyance of the said rent charge of 12d. shall be void, etc, : [Warw.] Dated: Saturday after St. John ante Portam Latinam, 23 Edward III
