Grant by John Cheyne, of Pynne, esquire, Richard Chichester, esquire, William Stephyns, clerk, and Thomas Loveys, to John Willughby and Robert Willughby, knights, John Wadham, esquire, Robert Stowell, esquire, John Byconell, Richard Warre, Thomas Overey, clerk, precentor of the cathedral church of Wells, Edward Stowell, William Stroode, the younger, Edmund Cheyne, Richard Maudeley, Thomas Blower, Walter Mayowe, Thomas More, and John Hill, of their manor of Lake, with lands, etc, belonging thereto, which they had of the feoffment of Richard Denshull, esquire.
