Grant by Guy Fairfax, serjeant-at-law, Thomas Urswyk, Recorder of London, William Porte, esquire, and William Norton, esquire, in pursuance of the will of Anne, late the wife of John Martyn, late one of the Justices of the Common Bench, to Richard Martyn, son of the said John and Anne, and the heirs of his body of the manor of Sesaltre, and of tenements called 'Pympes tenements' in Seasalter aforesaid.
