Grant by Stephen Estewycke, the elder, of Lavenden, yeoman, to George Welles, of Great Gaddesden, Herts, yeoman, of a messuage, lands, etc, in the vill and fields of Lavenden aforesaid, and also all other his lands, etc, in Lavenden which he had lately granted to the said George; to hold to the use of the said Stephen and Alice his wife, for life, and after their decease for Stephen Estwicke, the younger, son and heir of the grantor, and for Joan Welles, and the heirs of the bodies of the said Stephen the younger and Joan: Bucks Endorsed: Memorandum of livery of seisin.
