Grant by Giles de Brigge, esquire, to Thomas Brigge, his son and heir, and Florence his wife, daughter of the late William Darell, esquire, deceased, and Elizabeth his wife, of a yearly rent of 100s., out of the grantor;'s manor of Elffelde; with a condition that if the grantor shall at any time enfeoff them of lands, etc, above the yearly value of 100s. in the counties of Hereford, Gloucester, or Worcester, the said rentcharge shall not be leviable: Glouc.
