Grant by Ralph Pyppard to John de Kent, son of Hugh de Keyworth, and Emma his wife, of a right of way over his demesne for all kinds of animals, without damage to the grantor's crops, from the land of Selegrave to the land which formerly belonged to Robert the Clerk: the way beginning in the valley of 'la Hyde' to the land of Selegrave, running behind the new sheep-walk to Cherdesleydene, and through the middle of Cherdesleydene to the said land which formerly belonged to Robert the Clerk.
