Surrender by Joan, late the wife of Hugh Fastolf, of Great Yarmouth, and citizen of London, to John Bryan, and Joan his wife, her daughter, of her life estate in tenements, etc, in London, which she had under the will of Thomas Hanhampsted, formerly citizen and grocer of London, her former husband; and release from the same to the same of all her right in 10l. rent, paid by the said John Bryan and Joan for the premises, under a demise from the said Thomas Hanhampsted and Joan: [Middx.] Dated: London, feast of St. Philip and St. James, 19 Richard II.
