Grant by John Dauwesone, of Solihull, to Richard le Wodeward, of Rouwelie, of a burgage tenement in the market town of Solihull for his life, with remainder, as to a moiety of the premises, to Margery de Rouweleye for her life, and as to the other moiety, to Thomas, son of the said Richard and Margery, together with the reversion to the said Margery's moiety in fee: [Warw.]
