Deed poll by which John Cheyne, esquire, directs Walter lord Hungerford, Philip Courtenay, knight, John Fortescue, Walter Sargeaunt, John Long, priest, and John Mayne, feoffees of his manor of Nortonhautevile, with lands, etc, in Somersetshire, and also of 'the Halvyndell' of the manor of Hulprungton, and lands etc, in Somersetshire, and also of 'the Halvyndell' of the manor of Hulprynton, and lands, etc, in Wiltshire, to receive the rents and profits of the premises after his death, and pay them to his executors for the purposes of his will, and afterwards to release the said premises to the said Philip Courtenay upon the trusts of an indenture made between the said Philip and the said John Cheyne: Somers.
