Folios 1-67: Papers of Sir William Catesby of Ashby St Ledger, Northamptonshire, and Lapworth, Warwickshire, 1552-1594. Sir William was the father of Robert Catesby, conspirator in the Gunpowder Plot; the correspondence was seized in 1605.
