Short title: Re Smithies, bankrupts. Documents exhibited in court:

  • Proceedings of commissions of bankruptcy against Joseph and William Smithies of Leeds, Yorks, merchants (partners in trade with John Hinchcliffe of Leeds) (1805-1820).

Short title: Smyth v Fleetwood. Documents exhibited in court:

  • Bonds and promissory note of Lady Mary Selwyn of West Molesey, Surrey and others (1706-1716).
  • Exercise book containing rental and accounts of an estate in Esher, Walton-on-Thames, and East and West Molesey, Surrey (tenants include Sir Godfrey Kneller) (1706-1712).
  • Pocket book containing notes on world chronology and European geography, with personal accounts (1708-1713).
