Short title: Murray v Rumball. Documents exhibited in court:

  • 12 title deeds relating to land and houses under construction in Princes Street, St George in the East, Middx, (with plans) (1787-1795).
  • Grant of Hamilton Murray of Quebec Street, Middx, to Thomas Rumball of an annuity payable out of money to be recovered from the estate of William Belchier of Camberwell, Surrey (1787).
  • Bills of exchange, letters and other papers of Thomas Rumball (1788-1790).
  • Book recording repairs to be done to houses on Princes Street, St George in the East, Middx (c 1790).
  • Sale particulars of leasehold estates in Wapping, Shoreditch, Ratcliff Highway and St George in the East, Middx (1791-1799).
  • Affidavits of Thomas Rumball, Richard Hanks and James Collins of Spital Square, Middx, with schedules (1804).
