  • 7 bonds of Joseph Rayner of Egham, Surrey, Thomas Rayner of Colebrook, Bucks, corn chandler, and others (1684-1714).
  • Promissory notes of Thomas Rayner and others (1699-1723).
  • Affidavit of Joseph Rayner with schedule (1739).

Short title: Hornby v Hunter. Documents exhibited in court:

  • Agreements between John Hunter of Bombay, merchant, William Hornby, chief at Tillicherry, Capt Page Keble of Bengal, mariner, George England and Rawson Hart Boddam of Bombay, merchants, and Ann Dick, widow of Capt William Dick of Bombay,made upon the marriage of John Hunter and Ann Dick; with inventory of jewels annexed (1763).
