Description

Short title: Ernst v Baltimore. Documents exhibited in court:

  • 10 title deeds relating to property called Sparrow's Den at Blinkshill and in Piccardie Street, in Erith, Kent (1656-1723).
  • 14 title deeds relating to a tenement called St Martin's Wharf and marshland in Erith, Kent (1657-1740).
  • Declaration of trust of John Quelch of Woolwich, Kent, and his wife, Jane, to Samuel Fletcher of Woolwich, and Edward Hands of Woolwich (1721).
  • Mortgage of Charles Calvert, Lord Baltimore, to Fryer Walker of St Martin in the Fields, Middx, of a house in Argyll Street, St James, Westminster (1743).

Short title: Essington v Pagen. Documents exhibited in court:

  • 16 title deeds relating to property in Grub Street, St Giles without Cripplegate, Middx, and described in an abstract of title (1568-1715).
