  • 29 leases of Edward, Earl of Derby to Geoffrey Hornby of Preston, Lancs, clerk, relating to houses and land in Bispham, Lancs (1781).
  • Assignment of Thomas Conway to Edward, Earl of Derby, of an insurance policy with the Sun Fire Office for a house in Grosvenor Square, Middx (1782).
  • Agreement between Edward, Earl of Derby, John, Duke of Athole, the bishop of Sodor and Man, William Milrea, archdeacon of the Isle of Man, and other clergy of the Isle of Man relating to a petition for an Act of Parliament to discharge the manor of Bispham, Lancs, from various charges (1782).
  • 5 title deeds of Edward, Earl of Derby to John Symmons and Benjamin Mills, concerning annuities (1783-1786).
