Recognition and acknowledgement, before William de Tregewys, clerk, notary public, and in the presence of John Trevarthyan, Richard Tregason, and Peter Hervy of Helston, by [master] John de Penpons, of a deed of feoffment, made by William de Trembethou to John Besfrancan, which Penpons drew up as Trembethou's attorney: lands inTrembethow and Carntrembethow [in Lelant], St. Ives (Pordye), Lelant (Lananta), and Kemuelnessa(?): Corn.
