John Waltam, clerk, John de Micforde, Ranulf de Freskeney to Henry de Percy, earl of Northumberland, and Maud his wife: Copy of fine - castle and honour of Cockermouth [in Brigham], manors of Wigton, Branthwaite [in Dean], Papcastle (Popecastre) [in Bridekirk], Loweswater (Louswater), Dean (Dene), Caldbeck, Uldale (Uluedale), and Aspatria (Aspatrike); lands in Carlisle and Westward (la Westwarde in Allerdale); a moiety of the manor of Kirkbride; one third of the barony of Egremont (Egermonde); the advowsons of the churches of Dean, Kirkbride, and Uldale, and of the chapel of St. Leonard of Wigton; and the castle and manor of Langely: Cumb., Northumb.
