Thomas [Wolsey] cardinal, archbishop of York, chancellor, etc., Sir Henry Wyat knight, treasurer of the chamber, Sir Andrew Wyndesore knight, and Sir John Daunce knight, on behalf of the king to Sir John Tuchett knight, lord Awdeley, and Lawrence Bonvixi, merchant of Lucca (Luke): Agreement for the settlement of a certain debt owed by Tuchett and Bonvixi to the king by the delivery at the wardrobe of certain velvets, silks, woollen and linen cloths, and furs to the value of 2000l. yearly for 5 years. The manors of Audley (Staff.) Redcastle [in Hodnett with Weston-under-Redcastle] (Salop), Woolavington and Honybere [in Lilstock] (Somerset), and Buglawton (Cheshire), and lands in Romsey (Hants.) , are held as surety for the payment of the debt: Staffs, Salop, Som,.
