William de la Pole, earl of Suffolk, holder of the lands late of Michael de la Pole formerly earl of Suffolk, father of William, and of Michael de la Pole son of the said earl Michael: Quittance to the king of certain sums of money, parcel of a surplus owed to Pole, on account of a certain expedition to France in the service of Henry V; in consideration of Pole's quittance at the Exchequer in respect of certain jewels (described) granted by Henry V to the said Michael earl of Suffolk and Michael his son in return for their service and provision of men in France, and of a certain other sum owed by William Pole in respect of an embassy undertaken by him to Arras.
