The king to Thomas marquis of Dorset: (1) Manors of Bankers (Bankerdes) and Shroffeld [in Lee]; Lee, and the advowson of the church there: Kent (2) manor of Whitwick (Whytewke); Whitwick, Swannington [in Whitwick], Whittington (Whytyngton) [in Ratby], Donington [le Heath] and Hugglescote (Hokelscote) [in Ibstock], Newton Unthank and Botcheston (Bocherdeston) [in Ratby], Ratby (Roteby), Markfield, and the advowson of the church of Markfield: Leicester Exchange of (1), now to be granted to the king, for (2) now to be granted to Thomas.
