Indenture quadripartite betweeen (1) the king,; (2) John Huse knight; (3) the wardens and commonalty of the Grocers' Company of London; (4) Peter Cristmas, son and heir of Peter Cristmas deceased: (a) Manor of Hanworth, with the advowson of the church there and lands in Hanworth and Feltham (Middlesex); (b) manors of Dagenham and Cockerells [both in Havering atte Bower], and lands in the parish of Hornchurch (Essex); (c) lordship and manors of Branston (Braunston) and Blankeney, and lands in [Potter] Hanworth, Nocton, Dunston, Metheringham (Maderingham), Scopwick (Scopey), Thorpe [Tilney] [in Timberland], Timberland, Martin [in Timberland] Kirkby Green, and Walcott [in Billinghay] (Lincoln) - exchange between Cristmas (a minor and ward first of Henry VII and now of Henry VIII) and the king of (a) above, which were held to the use of Cristmas and his heirs with remainder to the Grocers' Company, and which were much resorted to by Henry VII, for (b), held by Huse, who receives (c) in recompense: Middx, Essex, Lincs
