Indenture quadripartite between (1) William Atkinson of the Inner Temple, London, esquire; (2) Francis Gavell of Cobham gentleman; (3) Thomas Hemingway of Cobham gentleman; (4) William Smith of Ash and Alice his wife, late wife of John Gavell of Cobham deceased and mother of Robert Gavell son and heir of John: Chilbrooke alias Cheelbrooke [in Cobham], Cobham (Coveham), East Horsley, and Ockham: - a convenant touching the custody and production of certain deeds, etc., with a schedule of the same: Surrey
