Agreement between Gabriel Pulteney of Misterton esquire on the first part, Robert Spencer son and heir of Sir John Spencer knight, George Shirley of Astwell, co. Northampton, esquire, Thomas Spencer of Clavendon (Clandon), co. Warwick, esquire, Thomas Temple esquire, Basil Feildinge esquire, John Cope esquire, and George Cope gentleman, on the second part, and Susan, Dorothy and Mary Pulteney three of the younger daughters of Gabriel, on the third part, touching the provision of portions for the three daughters of Gabriel named, and the upbringing of John his son and heir, from the issues of lands in Misterton and Poultney granted by Gabriel to the persons of the second part hereof: Leics
