Plaintiffs: William Emerie husbandman of Cottesfeild [Catisfield], Hampshire, great-great-nephew of Ermyn Cuff.
Defendants: Nicholas Hammond and Alice Maile, widow of Robert Maile deceased, Thomas Anthony of Romsey and Elizabeth his wife and John Maile.
Subject: concerning a copyhold messuage and lands held of the manor of Catisfield, whereof John Cuff and Ermyn his wife were seised.
