Plaintiffs: John Edlyn boxmaker of London, son of Richard Edlin deceased and the defendant.
Defendants: Anne Edlin widow and executrix of Richard Edlin, deceased.
Subject: concerning the will of the said Richard Edlin, made about nine years since. The defendant is persuaded that the said bill (although in the name of her son John Edlin) is exhibited against her by William Edlin her other son, out of revenge for her suing him for a debt of £70, as John, who about four years since went a soldier in the king's service, was reported killed at the battle about York.
